RDI brings its decades of e-commerce experience to bear on NCR Counterpoint

RDI is the most experienced e-commerce integrator in terms of numbers and platforms providing integration to retailers in the market today. Since 2002 RDi has served over 800 retailers connecting their retail management system to fifty plus different shopping cart platforms.

 

RDi has been working with NCR Counterpoint customers since 2008. In doing this it has become clear there is room to bring RDi’s unique tools and business model to bear, providing the same level of professional integration to NCR Counterpoint customers as it has to other retail management systems. RDi offers integration through its CPice tool kit to connect NCR Counterpoint to Magento and through Magento to Amazon.

CPice is an easy to use interface enabling retailers to quickly build and control the catalog navigation of one or more online channels. It allows the user to build their category structure and then drag and drop one or many products into one or more categories to sell on the site.

 

The integration dynamically updates the site with catalog changes along with bringing orders and customers down to NCR CounterPoint and returning order status and customer updates to the site.
In addition RDi takes the same hands on approach it does with other POS systems. Our integration products ensure you get the result you want.
